 Guichon Grandchildren Donate to Hospital’s Greatest Needs
 
DELTA, October 3, 2011 – For the second consecutive year, the grandchildren of the late Lorraine Guichon thanked their community for their amazing support throughout this summer’s produce season with a fundraiser in support of Delta Hospital. Their grandma Lorraine Guichon had passed away November 2009 and the grandkids raised almost $3,400 for Delta Hospital.
 
On Saturday September 10th, their roadside produce stand on Arthur Drive dedicated the proceeds of the corn and potato sales to the Delta Hospital Foundation in memory of their Grandma Guichon. At the end of the day $3,397 was raised for the hospital as the community stopped by car after car for fresh vegetables.
 
The Guichon grandchildren would like to thank everyone who came out - they all had a terrific day and the support by the community of Delta Hospital was very much appreciated.
 
The Delta Hospital Foundation is the community partner for quality health care. It raises funds so Delta has access to the best medical services close to home. Since 1988, Delta Hospital Foundation has raised over $22 million.
